dexway provides a complete monitoring process for each student which includes the creation of progress reports during the entire training period.
Through the monitoring reports, the HR departments and organizations in charge of the learning process are notified, while at the same time developing each student’s follow-up sheet.
Proactive Contact. The monitoring process is preferably proactive, with a minimum number of contacts within the training period. These contacts are supplemented with extra contacts in the event that students do not maintain an appropriate rhythm. All of the proactive contacts (welcome, follow-up, tutorial, problem resolution and farewell) create a tracking report that can be sent in real time or at the frequency that the person in charge of the language training desires.
Reactive Contact. The reactive monitoring process is done through the platform, by the language coaches’ creation of the one2one rooms that are open during the entire work day to attend to the students whenever they have a question. Assistance is given in the language that the student is studying.
Virtual classes. With the Plus or Everything packages, native-speaking language coaches will create as many virtual classes as necessary to cover all the participants.
