Clients are responsible for compliance with the laws, regulations and rules applicable to the acceptable use of solutions and applications. Nevertheless, use of the solutions supplied by Computer Aided Education contrary to good faith is prohibited, including, but not limited to:
o Use contrary to Spanish law or that which infringes the rights of third parties.
o Publication or transmission of any content that is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic or defamatory.
o Altering or interfering with platforms, solutions, e-mails or other users’ or third party systems under false pretences or without authorization.
o Cracks, software serial numbers or any other content that violates the intellectual property rights of third-parties.
o Collection and/or use of the personal details of other users without their express consent or contravening Constitutional Law 15/1999, of 13 December on the protection of Personal Data(LOPD).
o Use of the domain’s mail server and email addresses for the purpose of spamming, mail bombing, phishing, escrow fraud, scam 419, pharming, diffusion of virus (trojans, worms, etc.), or any other type of activity realised for the purpose of sabotage, fraud or criminal ends.

The client, user and/or the incumbent of the platform or solution guarantees Computer Aided Education that the chosen solution is neither registered for unlawful purposes nor infringes the intellectual property and industrial rights or other rights and interests of legitimate third-parties

Clients are obliged to keep the e-mail address provided on the contract form operating, active and updated for communication with Computer Aided Education, given that it constitutes Computer Aided Education's preferred communication media.

The client is uniquely responsible for the use and conservation of the logins and passwords provided by Computer Aided Education for the use of the tools that are put at his disposition for the management of the solutions contracted, given that they are necessary identifiers that permit Computer Aided Education to authenticate clients’ and users’ access, and to facilitate access to the services that are required by these tools. The use of these identifiers and communication, including to third parties, is realized under the sole responsibility of the client.

Clients are uniquely responsible for the contents of their platforms, transmitted and stored information concerning operations, hypertext links, actions brought by third-parties and legal claims that may ensue concerning intellectual property, rights of the individual and protection of minors.

Accessing, modifying, or visualizing the configuration, structure and files of Computer Aided Education's servers is prohibited. The client will be held responsible for the civil and criminal liability that may correspond to him for any problem that it may be produced in Computer Aided Education's servers and security systems as a direct result of the client’s negligent performance.

The client will respect the technical standards established by Computer Aided Education in the administration and development of the products contracted in a non-abusive manner that does not slow the servers in detriment to the products or rights of other clients.
