Para la intervenci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctica se crea un chatbot usando Watson Assistent de IBM. El chatbot fue dise\u00f1ado para repasar conceptos b\u00e1sicos de la asignatura y resolver situaciones aut\u00e9nticas y relevantes para los estudiantes del grado. En concreto el chatbot permite simular la interacci\u00f3n entre un cliente y un empleado de un restaurante y fue incorporado a la asignatura de Alem\u00e1n I del Grado de Turismo en el curso 2022-23. Despu\u00e9s de finalizar la intervenci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctica se aplica un cuestionario, para recabar datos sobre la opini\u00f3n del estudiantado. Los resultados del cuestionario indican que la mayor\u00eda (75%) de los estudiantes no ha utilizado un chatbot para el aprendizaje de idiomas previamente. En general, los estudiantes eval\u00faan positivamente la utilidad de la herramienta con una mediana de 4 en los \u00edtems correspondientes (\u00edtem U2 & U3). Asimismo, los estudiantes opinan que el uso del chatbot les beneficia a la hora de aprender un idioma (todos los \u00edtems con mediana entre 3,5 y 4). Se eval\u00faa especialmente positivo el potencial del chatbot para mejorar la lectura (\u00edtem 10, mediana de 4) y practicar situaciones aut\u00e9nticas en la lengua meta (\u00edtem 12, mediana de 4). Existen correlaciones positivas fuertes entre la percepci\u00f3n de que el uso del chatbot beneficie el propio aprendizaje tanto con la experiencia previa como con la usabilidad de la herramienta.
